About Us
Bastien Balut is the founder and Managing Director of ReflectLab, based in Oslo, Norway. As a professional intuitive consultant, he serves clients facing critical decisions in their professional and personal lives. He has developed an innovative approach that combines remote viewing techniques and lean consultancy methodologies to help clients navigate complex choices with clarity and confidence.
His work focuses particularly on supporting entrepreneurs, executives, and individuals at career crossroads who seek to integrate both analytical and intuitive approaches to decision-making. Bastien's methodology bridges the gap between rational analysis and intuitive insight, enabling clients to make more holistic and effective decisions by accessing both their conscious and intuitive faculties.
Beyond his work with ReflectLab, Bastien serves as the CSI (Community of Special Interest) leader for IRVA's Norway division, helping establish and promote remote viewing education, training, and community-building efforts throughout Norway. In this role, he connects the Norwegian consciousness exploration community with IRVA's international network of practitioners, researchers, and educators.
